Pulling in is similar to arriving at a new hotel for valet service. John Mills, the Assistant Service Manager, was friendly and professional while answering all my questions. He arranged a courtesy van ride for me and made sure I was picked up later right on time. My car was serviced in the time frame exactly as I had been told. My only suggestion would be to have better signage directing customers to the correct entrance to the Service Department when arriving from the west on st Street.

Last time they could pick me up is They never told me that before and the service representative didn't offer any viable solutions. Unfortunately no one was able to take me there to pick up my car at work, so when I asked if I was up a creek the service person said "Yeah, sounds like it". I promptly asked to talk to a supervisor who got someone to come pick me up at I got a survey from Toyota about my service and was honest in the feedback.
I then got an email from Kyle Bond GM asking if they could contact me. I emailed him back right away and gave them my cell and said please call me to discuss. They never called back..
